Yoga Nidra: Body Awareness

A body scan designed to perceive the sensations of all areas of the physical body, a process that quietens the mind and pacifies the nervous system. 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is said to equal 3 hours of deep sleep.  A deeply healing and restorative practice, very effective if you experience stress, insomnia or general exhaustion.

This Yoga Nidra begins with a body scan and moves into working with the intention to listen to the hearts desires. We work with the mantra "I am listening" to connect with wisdom of the body and allow sankulpa to arise from within.
