WEDNESDAY: 12 - 1pm. $100 for 10 class pass/ $15 drop-in member / $17 drop-in non-member.

@Hub Sydney- Level 2, 101 William Street, Darlinghurst

Launched during the SIX AUS Changemakers Festival November 2013 and Crowdfunded on, Hub Yoga (originally called Yoga for Change) is a series yoga classes focused on personal change and transformation.

Gandhi famously said, “if we could change ourselves, the tendencies of the world would change also. As man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him… We need not wait to see what others do”

This hatha vinyasa yoga series connects you with the change you wish to see in the world, and helps you bring that in to your own life. Each class includes yoga in the hatha vinyasa style, mindfulness practice to help quiet the over activity of the mind, breathing techniques to energise, calm or balance and a final relaxation.

What students are saying:

"I love yoga and the convenience of doing it in my dynamic workspace) was really appealing. (and) Kate, is an awesome, inspiring person who has opened my eyes to things in myself and my community that I would not have seen without your perspective" - Sophie P.
" I LOVE class! I love that it's not just going through the moves but also guided thinking. Physically, I think it goes at a good pace and there are always options to take it up a notch or to tone it down, depending on how I'm feeling on the day. My Wednesdays are always very focused after Hub Yoga!! " - Natasha Akib
"Love the opportunity to pay attention to what's going on in my body and connect with my colleagues on a different level." - Tim Longhurst
"Invigorated body, awakened mind. Continued coz of the quality of the class." David Pointon
