Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Wednesday 7:00 - 8:00pm

Vinyasa is a dynamic approach to hatha yoga that links movement and breath through flowing, often dynamic and creative sequencing. We'll warm up, build heat through flowing from one posture to the next, sometimes hold with breath count, then cool down to practice mindfulness using breath awareness.

Class includes uplifting music, and we move at a faster pace than the Hatha classes, less alignment detail is given and breath is usually counted to anchor the mind in the present.

Classes are themed on topics from yoga philosophy. Readings and meditation are also incorporated to class.

This is an open level class vinyasa designed for the students of various levels, with options given for different postures. However it is not recommended for beginners to yoga.
