About the class: Hatha Yoga is the original yoga to balance body, mind and breath and morning is an excellent time to practice; get your body moving and shake off the sleepy dust; stimulate circulation, oxygenate your blood and boost your mood.

This is an open level class designed for the students of various levels, with options given for different postures. However If you are an absolute beginner to yoga, you may wish to take a private class with me first as this class is not pitched at first time students.

About the teacher:

Kate is a Yoga Australia registered teacher, with a special interest in yoga for women, and yoga for mental health. She was introduced to yoga as a child and has continued to practice and study throughout her adult life. Having trained in theatre and movement studies, Kate brings two decades of body based inquiry to her yoga teaching praxis.
