Vinyasa Flow. 9:00 - 10:00am

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of hatha yoga that links movement and breath through flowing and often creative sequencing. We'll warm up, build heat through flowing from one posture to the next, then cool down to practice mindfulness using breath and or meditation.

Class includes uplifting music, it goes at a faster pace than the Hatha classes and less alignment detail is given. Classes are themed on topics from yoga philosophy. Readings and meditation are also incorporated to class.

This is an open level class designed for the students of various levels, with a variety of options given for different postures. However If you are an absolute beginner to yoga, you may wish to take a private class with me first as this class is not pitched at first time students.
