Hatha Yoga: This is yoga for everybody! No pretzels or dynamic workouts. Just simple mindful movement and breath. Good old fashioned yoga, taught from the foundations up.

Hatha Yoga is the original yoga to balance body, mind and breath. 

Practised in a small group setting, you will use simple effective movements to energise the body and calm the nervous system. 

Learn safe alignment, calming breathing practices; stretch and strengthen your body.

We finish with breathing exercises and brief guided meditation to support calm clear state of mind.
