Yoga is a wonderful practice to enjoy during pregnancy, to connect with yourself and your baby.

Stretch and strengthen; practice mindful breathing and relaxation; prepare for an empowered birth.

Gentle supportive, guidance given.

No yoga experience necessary.

Class held at Kate's Home Yoga Studio 6 Tunks Street Waverton.

Props provided, however if you would like to bring your mat for extra cushioning, please do so.
