Hatha Yoga is the original yoga to balance body, mind and breath. We practice asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation at the end. Classes are themed on topics from yoga philosophy.

This is an open level class designed for the students of various levels, with a variety of options given for different postures. However If you are an absolute beginner to yoga, you may wish to take a private class with me first as this class is not pitched at first time students.

Inflexible and flexible; young and old; all body types and genders--- You are ALL welcome to come get in your yoga zone-- calm and alert; connected and clear.
