Once upon a time a friend and I went for a dawn walk to take some yoga pictures in my community.
Before you start scrolling, let it be known, I am a former inner-westie and I love this neighbourhood on Sydney's lower north shore. I couldn't think of a better place in Sydney live with my little family!
We are train 4 stops from the city, and the harbour foreshore is a truly magical place to get immersed in the bushland for quiet walks, meditation and yoga!
It's all about Balls Head really, and the Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability, oh and chickens who live near the 'spooky tunnels' (yes, I have a toddler) and the former BP site where the dog walkers gather. There are so many lovely lush places to explore!
So, I thought why not invite you all down to practice some sun salutes at dawn with me? Will you join me Wednesday November 5th at 6:30am? The class will be by donation (minimum $10) and all funds raised will go to Project Futures to end slavery.
Ok, now here are the pics.
